Completely renovated after the 2024 hurricane! Located on the water, this 3/2 home is located in the Baycrest community of Tampa Bay, Florida. Whether you are in town for a sporting event, concert, cruise, work or to enjoy Florida weather this is the perfect retreat. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This neighborhood is central to many attractions and destinations including Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beaches, Raymond James Stadium, Tropicana Field, Steinbrenner Field, International Mall, Downtown Tampa, Downtown St. Pete, Tampa's Riverwalk, Sparkman Wharf, Armature Works, Aquarium, Convention Center, Ybor City, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and much more! You can use the public boat ramp at the causeway, take out your boat or PWC, and tie up in the back yard off our private dock. Fishing off the dock is great too! Summary: This was an amazing place to stay. Beautiful backyard that was on the canal. Beach area, dock, fire pit and yard area. Inside was very clean and had all the amenities that you can need. The decor was impeccable. The owner is super friendly and answered all the questions I asked in a timely manner. I definitely recommend you staying here. The location is not far from the airport and is not far from downtown, Tampa. I would definitely come back!
