This vacation home is a fully renovated, modern and cosy 4-room house with an area of 100 m2, located on the ground floor. The house has a beautiful view of the forest and lagoon and is furnished with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable.
The living/dining room has a panoramic window that offers a great view of the surroundings. It is furnished with 1 sofabed (120 cm), an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV and air conditioning. You can also exit to the terrace from here.
There are three bedrooms in the house, two of which have air conditioning. The first room has 1 double bed, shower/bidet/WC and air conditioning. The second bedroom has 2 beds and air conditioning, while the third bedroom has 1 double bed, shower/WC and air conditioning. You can also exit to the garden from this room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave and electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/bidet/WC in the house. The house has wood heating, air-conditioning and forced-air heating.
The terrace is roofed and the porch is furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs (3). The house is equipped with a washing machine, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds and a hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free) is also available.
Please note that one double bedroom is located outside the apartment and that this is a non-smoking house. Two pets/dogs are allowed, but there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties.
