The ground floor gite (100m2) has two bedrooms: one (20m2) with a king-size bed and the other one (15m2) two single beds. It also has a walk-in wet room shower ideal for those who find standard showers difficult to access and has the space for a wheelchair or shower seat. It has an open-plan living/dining room and kitchen (42m2) with dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven.
There is a TV (with English and French channels), and a DVD player. There is also a wood burner for the slightly colder evenings.
The gites are set in a traditional Charentise courtyard and are barns lovingly renovated to provide comfortable modern accommodation whilst still retaining many of the original features. Thus providing a great base to relax and from which to explore this beautiful region and the varied attractions of the Charente-Maritime and Charente.
