Positive: Good location, everything at walking distance: tramway 2 which is a direct line from Airport to Port and Old City/Jean Medecin, five minutes to the Promenade des Anglais, groceries, restaurants. The building is clean and safe and the studio was nice and clean, with three balconies where you can have your morning coffee or a glass of wine.

Negative: The studio was advertised as having a dishwasher and washing machine but unfortunately we were informed upon arrival that they don’t work, so just plan accordingly if you decide to rent this place, especially if coming with kids. We would have also liked to have more towels for the 10 days. We also had some problems with the internet and it took two days to get it fixed because it happened in the weekend.

Summary: All in all it was a nice vacation and we enjoyed our stay.
