Units are available in seven night stays. Multiple seven night stays may be booked, room moves may be required. Units are assigned in the Evergreen, Birch and Douglas buildings after booking. The resort provides guests with complimentary shuttle service to and from Lionshead, Vail Mountain (shuttle services are subject to change).

Douglas two bedroom loft villa accommodates up to eight people. The primary bedroom features a king bed, the guest bedrooms feature a queen bed. The living room also features a sleeper sofa. Two bathrooms with shower/tub combination. This unit also features a full kitchen complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dish cleaning suppliers, cookware, dishes and utensils.
Villas in the Douglas and Birch buildings at Marriott's StreamSide rely on alpine breezes and do not have air conditioning.
Some amenities may be closed due to nearby construction through Dec.15, 2023. Other resort amenities are available and expected to remain open.
