This outstanding two-story single family home is set in Sonoma Bella Vida Resort. The resort is conveniently located in the intersection of West Carroll St. and Dyer Blvd. Surrounded by an example of Florida's natural beauty, Shingle Creek Regional Park, and next to the well-know The Loop, guests can find this place as a convenient spot to do their daily shopping and relaxation while staying in the gated community.
Guests find this resort an ideal spot to get easy access to the mayor highways that lead to the attraction parks and to all the fun and interesting things to do in Orlando such as: Disney Parks, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Gatorland, Legoland, and more... Sonoma Resort features a great package of amenities! There is a community Clubhouse and Poolside Cabanas, a Resort Style Pool, and a Fitness Center, among other facilities in the complex.
Elegantly decorated with immaculate gray, black, and light tones that merge to give an inviting atmosphere throughout the 6-bedroom, two-story, single-family home. This vacation home offers the perfect accommodation for both large families and additional guests, adding up to a total of 10 guests.
On the main floor guests are amazed to find an over-sized living area designed to open up into a great kitchen with isle and dining area. Plenty of sunlight defines this great space that faces the private pool in a screened lanai where guests can choose to dine at.
The accommodation consists of 5 well-furnished, contemporary décor suites and rooms.
The upper level features two greatly illuminated master bedrooms with a KingSize bed each and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and an outstanding glass enclosure shower box, the bedroom (3) and (4) both have two TwinSize beds each and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The washer/dryer room is located in the hallway of this second floor.
In the main floor guests can find the bedroom (5) with a QueenSize bed and ensuite shared bathroom with bathtub.
