The villa is surrounded by a beautiful weekly maintained garden of 9000 m2 encircled by tall live fence that ensures complete privacy. There are palm, oak, chestnut, lemon and grapefruit trees, and an orchard of olive trees. There are bush roses and other decorative plants. There also is a stream with a small fish pond. The garden is in a gently sloping hill and there are stone walled terraces to compensate for the sloping. These walls are tall so smaller children need to be watched not to fall over. A separate one-bedroom guest house is located next to the swimming pool. There are seven parking spaces, two covered. The villa was last updated in 2015, and it sleeps 8. In the entry corridor by the main entrance is a powder room with a sink and toilet. The living room is connected to an entertainment room with a pool table and a bar. Large sliding glass door offers access to a large patio with an outdoor sitting and dining area. Former 'cigar' room is located between the living room and the entry corridor. Formal dining room is located next to the entertainment room, and it leads to the kitchen with a smaller informal eating area. There is another entrance to the kitchen from the covered parking area. The villa contains three bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. One bedroom suite is on the entry level next to the kitchen. The other two bedroom suites are located on the first floor and share a large terrace with a beautiful view of the garden and parts of the neighborhood. The fourth bedroom in the guesthouse has built-in closets and a bathroom with shower. The guest house has a sitting and dining area but no kitchen.
There is an easy connection to A8 reaching the Cannes airport in less than 20 minutes and the Nice airport under 40 minutes. Downtown Cannes is 7 km to the south. There's a public transport connection to the downtown with the nearest bus station located within a 2-minute walk from the property. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Well behaved pets are welcome. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood with elderly neighbors, therefore no parties are allowed. No smoking indoor. Three nights minimum stay.
