This quaint home has EVERYTHING! Centrally located in the historical Tower Grove neighborhood, and a short drive to all of St. Louis' best attractions! This charmer is BEAUTIFULLY updated with all of the amenities you could hope for. Sleeps 4 with a Queen in 1 Bedroom, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. Enjoy the Smart TV, KEYLESS Self Entry, fully equipped kitchen, and updated bath.
Out of respect for neighbors there is a strict policy regarding noise and parties.

The Space:
The space is equally great for business travelers and families alike. Stay in a private house that is well appointed, and has a full kitchen and bath, 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed, office area, living room with a pull-out sofa, and a lovely back yard with a firepit. Extra towels and linens included.

You will have access to the front door of the home via a smartlock code that is valid for the duration of your stay.

This cozy house is steps from the very best that the historic Tower Grove neighborhood has to offer. Great restaurants, shops, and the Historic Tower Grove Park are all a short walk away. The neighborhood is centrally located, not more than 15 minute drive to anywhere in St. Louis! Welcome to your home away from home.

Getting Around:
With self check-in/out, you will have access to the entire house and backyard. Free parking in the driveway which can hold 4 cars, or on the street in front of the home. You must walk up 4 steps to get to the front door. Please make yourself at home!

Taxis are available anytime and cost about $15 to get to anywhere else in town. I prefer Uber/Lyft. Enjoy your stay!

Summary: Great place to stay. Everything was close to drive. Issue was the door code that did not work and the outside light that still does not work. Floors are cold so bring slippers. Bed was comfortable and layout was exactly what I needed.
