Welcome to Skylarks Villa, a four bedroom vacation home, which can comfortably accommodate 8 people, providing ideal family accommodation for that special Orlando vacation. Our home sits on an outside lot, the pool and Lanai are not overlooked, and are south facing.
Mission Park is a gated community on HWY 27, just 3 miles north of HWY 192. The community sits in a country setting and was designed for both permanent homeowners as well as homes for short term/vacation rental. A short walk from the villa is the community swimming pool, children's play area and basketball court.
Our home is situated within easy reach of all the major attractions, shopping outlets and golf courses. The drive to the Disney World Gate takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes, while SeaWorld is about 30 minutes and Universal 35 to 40 minutes. There are many Golf Courses within a 20 minute drive of our home.
For eating out, there are Restaurants, Pubs, Pizzerias and all major fast-food Chains all located within a short drive on Hwy 27. For the essential Grocery shopping, there is a Publix less than 1 mile from our home, which also has a pharmacy. There is also a Walmart located 3 miles south, close to the 192.
If your looking for something different, Lake Louisa State Park is only 10 minutes drive north of our home. While there you can either partake in one of the activities on offer, such as canoeing, or just relax on the beach in the peaceful surroundings. There is also a play area with slides and swings for little ones.
Orlando International Airport is only 40 minutes away.
For peace of mind, we also have an excellent local support team to help us maintain the villa to our high personal standards and to be your point of contact during your stay.
After a long day at the Parks, or if you just fancy a ‘day off’, you take advantage of the pool and games room. Our home has a large (30x15) screened pool with integrated spa for taking a dip or just relaxing. There is a table and four cushioned chairs under the Lanai, along with cushioned loungers on the pool deck. The area around the pool has been landscaped with bushes, trees and flowers to provide additional privacy. Both the Pool and Spa have underwater lighting for evening swims. Pool/Spa heat is an additional cost per night ($20 per night) and is recommended between November and May.
Alternatively, you have use of our games area located in what was the double garage, this has been converted and decorated as a games room. There is pool table, ping pong table, play station and seating.
Skylarks Villa is set up to accommodate stays of five nights or more.
