THE HOUSE
This holiday home with swimming pool in Biarritz is set on 3 levels. The main entrance is located on the main living area. On the left hand side there is bright colorful open plan and fully equipped kitchen. The living room benefits from South exposure and is bathed with natural daylight. It opens onto a stunning wooden terrace allowing you to gaze at the beautiful sight given by the mountains, the mysterious Ilbarritz castle and the ocean from afar.

THE BEDROOMS
SIERRA features 4 bedrooms, including one master bedroom on the first floor with flat screen TV, bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilets and closet. You will wake up with an outstanding view over the Rhune mountain and the Ilbarritz castle. The 3 other double bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor, at the pool level. They share 2 separate bathrooms and 1 independent kitchen opening onto the terrace. How spacious this house is ! WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE The swimming pool and the terraces ! We love to relax in the pool or on a sun lounger with a dreamy view…

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
SIERRA is located in the peaceful and residential neighborhood of the Milady, south of Biarritz. The nearest beach is Plage de la Milady (Milady’s beach), about a 15-minute walk or a 2-minute drive ! Surfer scan choose between the three beaches of Milady, Ilbarritz or Marbella for their surf sessions, while golf players can appreciate to be only 3 minutes away by car from Ilbarritz’s Golf course. To reach Biarritz’s city center, it’s a 7-minute drive to enjoy the vibrant markets atmosphere !

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS
Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-8PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 8pm, an extra fee will be applied:
From 8 pm to 10 pm - €50
From 10 pm to Midnight - €80
From Midnight to 6 am - €120
From 6am to 8am - 80€
