This 66 m2, two bedroom, two bathroom (one en suite) 4th floor apartment, with a lift, has a south facing terrace with gorgeous views across the bay, and a back terrace accessed by both bedrooms. It is situated in a quiet and beautiful park-like garden with a large shared swimming pool. There is a concierge on duty, guest parking, as well as an underground reserved parking bay. Due to the furniture and the balconies, this apartment is not suitable for small children.
Sleeping:
The main bedroom is en suite, and has a 160 x 200 bed whereas the second bedroom has two 80 x 200 beds which can be attached to make a double bed of 160 x 200.
There is hanging and storage space in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms also have air conditioning.
All bedding is 800 thread count Egyptian linen and all towels are thick and luxurious.
