Sandpiper 309 is located at the south end of our complex. This unit features private balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the Corpus Christi Bay. Guests of this stunning beachfront condo can wake up to a Mustang Island sunrise and end their evening with a sunset over the Bay, from the privacy of their own balconies. Beautiful counter tops are spread throughout this open concept kitchen which comes equipped with everything you will need to entertain your friends and family; we even provide the view! Why wait for long lines at a restaurant? This unit provides an amazing kitchen and a dining area with premier views of the ocean. A half bath is located off the kitchen for convenient use. The living area has plenty of comfortable furniture and a flat screen TV during your down time from the beach. The spacious Master bedroom boasts a King size bed, a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a flat screen TV. The Master Bathroom has a large walk in tiled shower with dual shower heads, a body sprayer, lots of counter space and a walk in closet for all our over packing guests! The second and third bedrooms share a private balcony overlooking the Bay of Corpus Christi. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed, while the third has two Twins and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The guest bathroom is located in the hallway across from the guest bedrooms and has a beautifully tiled, glass enclosed tub and shower.
