Summary: I stayed here June and most of July. It is an ideal location for enjoying the beach and sunset. A very secure parking space with guest parking available was a plus! It's very close to all the activities ie: the pier, Sunset Market (Thursdays), the harbor, lots of restaurants, etc. The space is larger and brighter than it looks in the photos. This rental is well supplied for long stays with a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils), laundry, and bathroom. The owners were very easy to contact and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The neighbors were very nice.
