Positive: The truth is that I loved the experience of staying with this family. They are wonderful people, very caring and kind. Although they told me they spoke little English, they always tried to provide quality service. The owner’s son, Adi, took us around the main attractions with great patience (since I was traveling with young children), and thanks to him we escaped the crowds because he guided us to beautiful places with fewer people. They also offer meals on site at a very affordable price, with tea and coffee always available. On top of that, the sound of the surrounding nature is incredible and makes the stay even more relaxing. To end my stay, they arranged for a woman to give me a Balinese massage, and it was extraordinary. Simply wonderful.

Negative: It’s only important to keep in mind that it’s not close to central Ubud. Without traffic, it can take about 25 minutes, but honestly, I recommend staying away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud, since there are too many motorbikes and cars, congestion, and noise. That’s why for me it was better to stay outside the center
