Positive: Wow, what an amazing place! We had originally booked a small villa for our last three nights in Bali but had to leave early due to issues with the property, which left us feeling a bit down. Booking into the Royal Tulip completely turned things around and was the perfect way to end our holiday. The hotel is set in a peaceful area, just a short Grab ride from everything. The staff were outstanding - so polite, friendly, and welcoming. The head chef, Bagi, went out of his way to remember our names, and we enjoyed an incredible Omakase dinner with him one evening where both the food and presentation were exceptional. Breakfast each morning was also excellent with plenty of choice. We honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Highly recommend this hotel - it was a fantastic way to wrap up our time in Bali.
