Positive: Great location right on the Promenade des Anglais, right around the corner from a walking area with lots of restaurants and walking distance from the lovely Vieux Nice. We were greatly received by Isabelle that showed us everything we needed to know. She had also left some nice welcoming gifts for us all, with a special attention to our kids that was highly appreciated! The appartment is great and upstairs there’s a private terrace that we used a lot, especially in the evening as it was very hot during the days. There’s also a common pool that can be used and where our kids loved to spend some time at the beginning and end of the day. In the pool area we had a great view of the Tour de France that passed by! We appreciated the free parking space in the bulding as we had our car with us. It was always parked safely and freshly in the garage. We had a great vacation and would love to come back to this appartment next time we’re in lovely Nice!

Negative: The balcony right outside of the living room was under renovation and we could not use it. Sabrina is a very professional host and had informed us about it beforehand, so we had no problems at all with it. The terrace at the top and the pool area were open so we never felt a lack of using the balcony.
