Summary: + Great location, impressive building, comfortable bed. - Overpriced and lousy breakfast. Swimming pool much too hot. Sauna broke down weeks ago and no signs of reparation. One fitness machine equally broken down for over a week. Unbelievable a spa hotel does not offer a richer supply of shampoo, douche geld etcetera. Restaurant quality rather poor, staff confused and somewhat rude. Footsteps from rooms above audible in the room, impinging on your sleep.
