Positive: If you are looking for luxury it's not your house. If you are looking for an authentic familiar old-fashioned accomodation, then it's your place. Location is great: nice restaurants, bars, supermarket and backery in walking distance. Bouka beach is reachable on foot, takes 15-20 minutes, and it's phantastic: clear and warm water, sunbeds etc., and not crowded at all. With a nice view to the main land. Bar is also great. For Corfu city we took a green-bus: on time, air-conditioned, nice crew, worked well. Recommend to go to the Port and take a boat trip to the Blue Caves.

Negative: Corfu has serious issues with water: there is not enough. The pressure in the pipes is extremely low. In the first couple of days we could not properly shower and flush the WC. The property manager organized a water tank and an additional pump, which solved the issue. Thank you again :)
