Located in old Mayfair: 3 bedroom home one block from Lake Monroe and a half a mile from downtown Sanford's Night life. 5 Miles from Orlando/Sanford Airport, 30 min to the beach and 45 minutes to the theme Parks. Built in 1956, terrazzo and hard wood floors are through out. We have Eagles, Hawks, Turkey and Sand hill cranes as frequent visitors. Large fenced back yard provides privacy. Ideal location yet in a quite neighborhood. The home is comfortable and welcoming.

Summary: Lovely house on a quiet street just blocks from downtown Sanford. We were greeted by the cranes you see in the picture every morning as well as a pair of wild turkeys. Backyard was great for our dogs and we couldn't have asked for a better experience!
