Beautiful fully furnished house, 220m2 on one floor; with beautiful pool. On a very large lot (Unclosed) of 6500m2 partly in the woods in full nature and at the entrance of the village of St Victor des Oules, beautiful view on the countryside, without any opposite.
Close to all amenities. 5min of Uzes with its famous Saturday market in 10min of Haribo; 20min Pont du Gard, 30min from the Roman city of Nimes, 45 minutes from the Avignon TGV station.
Under the song of cicadas you can relax around the pool, or in the hammock.
Athletes enjoy going for a hike in the wilderness without taking the vehicle.
The house is rented with "La Minette" which will keep you company.
The pool is 9m x 4m with a depth of 1m40 with a central staircase. A rinsing shower. It is secured by a fall arrest alarm and it with salt.
