The Space:
Welcome to our 1,884 sq ft ranch-style home in gated Crystal Cove, ideally suited for families or groups visiting Disney and the surrounding attractions!
The home offers a spacious living area with comfortable leather recliner sofas and a TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed for meal preparation. Dine comfortably at the kitchen table for four or the larger dining area that seats eight, overlooking the pool.
Step outside to the enclosed lanai, which features a private, heatable pool with a retractable safety fence, ample sun lounging space, and an outdoor dining set. (*Pool heating is available from November to the end of April.)
There are four bedrooms to sleep up to 8 people. Two bedrooms have queen beds, and the other two each have two twin beds with delightful decor—great for kids! Plus, there are three full bathrooms and a washer and dryer in the home for added convenience.
Located just 20 minutes from Disney World, near essential shopping and Lake Toho, known for its bass fishing and natural scenery, our home offers both the excitement of Orlando and the tranquility of nature.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and shared access to the resort amenities at Crystal Cove.
The Neighborhood:
Crystal Cove is about 25 minutes from the Orlando International Airport (MC0) and is near all the theme parks, great restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and golf. Plus, you’ll be near Lake Taho for a fishing or nature excursion. If you golf, there are great golf courses nearby, like Oaks National Golf Club.
Getting Around:
Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible. - Early check-in is subject to availability at an additional fee.
- There will be 1 Clubhouse access card for the resort amenities. If lost or misplaced, 50 USD will be charged through Airbnb or deducted from the security deposit.
- When parking in the driveway, be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed, and we cannot be held responsible.
- There’s a starter pack of essentials that’s not replenished after you run out. It includes paper towels, dish sponges, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, one roll of toilet paper per toilet, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom.
- The home's pool can be heated during the winter months for an extra charge. This service is only available for reservations of 3 days or more and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
- BBQ grill rental available for an additional fee. Must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. This short-term rental strictly cannot be used for events or group gatherings that exceed maximum occupancy.
- No tents or structures are allowed to be set up on the property grounds.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $400 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore, there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc prior to check-in.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pet-friendly with prior authorization and a $290 USD fee per stay (max 2 pets). All pets must be kept on the leash at all times in the enclosed portion of the yard, and other community restrictions apply.
