The home affords 3 private bedrooms, a 4th private bedroom upon request. Cleaning service is bi weekly. Pool is solar heated. 62-68 degrees during the winter and warmer during the summer depending on the outside temperature and sun visibility. One box of paper towels and toilet paper provided for a nominal charge. Beautiful for family's. Oversized pool. Near to the beach, shops, Disney, sea world, universal, major grocery and other shopping, tennis, etc. in the master bathroom the home has a jacuzzi tub, California king bed, and queen beds and decorum throughout the home. Extra large kitchen and dual sinks for everyone. 3-5 sets of Outlet Malls nearby, 3-5 shopping malls within a 20 mile radius. Long term rentals lasting 3 months or more can be considered for a discount. Please ask regarding this discount as long term is always more inexpensive!
