Welcome to this wonderful, high-standard and well-equipped home. The villa and all the terrass areas have a magnificent panoramic view over the Gulf of Saint Tropez.
**Please note: We only accept bookings for a minimum of seven nights. We don't allow any pets, sorry.***
The villa has large terrace areas and it's ideally located 50 meters from the beach and a few minutes walk to the nearest restaurants, tennis, sailing, etc. It is only a 20-minute walk to the old village and port of Sainte Maxime, where you can access water shuttles to St Tropez, other ports, and many other activities. We have rented out this villa for over ten years and we have many returning guests.
The villa had a modern, fresh, spacious interior design with high ceilings. It has five comfortable, beautifully decorated bedrooms, a large living and dining room with panoramic views, a separate kitchen, and picturesque terraces around the villa. The garden is an oasis of Mediterranean vegetation, including beautiful flowers, lavender, and citrus trees.
There is a pool that is 55 m2 right in front of the villa, surrounded by a large terrace and a wonderful lounge area where you may enjoy sunbathing. Each room has double beds, separate toilets, and walk-in showers. All rooms receive high-speed and reliable Wi-Fi connection and provide a feeling of tranquility.
Capacity: The Villa sleeps a total of 10 - 12 people. Comfortably 10 adults and 2 children in a sofa bed. The main house has four bedrooms with double beds, and the guest house has one double bed and one large sofa bed. Each room has a separate bath with a walk-in shower.
Entertainment: Free high-speed WiFi TV in living room French and international satellite TV table tennis stationary 2 mountain bikes and a basic gym in the garage.
Comfort: Air condition, laundry room with washer and dryer, iron, bed sheets and towels, hair dryer, garage pool and pool room.
Kitchen: Fridge and freezer and microwave, nespresso-style capsule coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, a comprehensive set of cutlery, dishes, glasses, basic pantry items.
