Just 2 km from the center of Palaia, surrounded by woods and olive trees, in one of the most beautiful landscapes of Tuscany, "Il Leccione" offers its guests the certainty of spending a relaxing holiday. The villa is about 180 square meters large and is finely furnished with the warm and welcoming style of country houses, terracotta floors and ceilings with old exposed wooden beams. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, a living area, a bedroom and two bathrooms. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The villa is surrounded by a large gravel square dominated by a huge age-old holm oak "IL LECCIONE". On the back of the house there is a swimming pool (7x5), and a large garden with deck chairs, sun beds, umbrellas, barbecue and large patio where you can eat on warm summer evenings.
Its strategic position allows you to reach the major art cities of Tuscany with short journeys: Florence (55 km), Siena (60 km), Pisa (45 km), Lucca (40 km), Volterra (35 km), San Gimignano (40 km).
