The property has lots of space to accommodate family and friends for a memorable vacation. 3 Bedrooms all having an “ON-SUITE BATH" Making this Villa a great choice for a large family or Conference group. On the first floor, the openness of the living and dining areas make for easy accommodation of various numbers of guests. There is the convenience of a half bath near the entrance downstairs. Having a Beautiful "LAKE VIEW" of Red Maple Lake with two "New" large sliding glass doors provides easy access to the newly renovated and expanded patio with Pavers...ready for relaxing and Grilling out for the Family or just a romantic dining experience for "TWO" on the patio. Also, If you are into "BIRD WATCHING" you will be visited by the beautiful Birdlife living on Amelia. Whether you’re looking to read a book on the patio and watch hawks, osprey, great "Blue Herons", and "Snowy Egrets", or actively engage in a variety of sporting activities, this villa will be suited for you. The kitchen is a fully equipped kitchen, just as you would find at home, having a full range of amenities and is open to both the living and dining areas. The laundry room, with a full-size washer and drier, is just off the kitchen and is fully stocked with laundry detergent and dryer sheets your trash access is just beyond the utility room door there, having a water hose to rinse the kids and toys after a fun beach day. On the second floor, the three bedrooms are updated with a "New" king-size bed in the master bedroom with "ON-SUITE BATH", a "NEW" Queen-size" bed in the second bedroom which is an adjustable mattress, and "ON-SUITE BATH" and the third bedroom has two new "Full-size" beds and it's "ON-SUITE BATH". The villa looks out on a large maintained green space and Red Maple Lake. Walks runs, bike rides, bird watching, kayaking, and fishing all are very close by. Access to the expansive sandy beach of Amelia Island is an easy five-minute walk to explore the kid and dog-friendly coast. The community swimming pool is a two-minute walk through a canopy of live oaks. For guests without bikes or kayaks, the area has rentals that can be delivered to your door. Tennis and pickleball courts are located a short distance beyond Red Maple Lake. Reservations can be accommodated through the Resort's Pro-Shop. Tennis clinics are "Pay to Play" ... Oak-Marsh Golf Club offers a Pete Dye-designed course that makes challenging use of the sand, open water, and marsh bordering the west side of the Plantation. Reservations can be booked through the Resort Pro-Shop or on " GOLF NOW.COM"There are many shops and a variety of Restaurants on the Resort that are close by - all within easy walking distance. The Historic downtown of Fernandina Beach is a short drive just north of the resort. This area has an astonishing variety of wildlife, outdoor activities, sights, shops, and restaurants. Historic Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island are the gems of Northeast Florida. Big Talbot Island and Little Talbot Island state parks are a comfortable six-mile bike ride to the south over designated bike paths (or a seven-minute car ride) and they are complimented nicely by Fort Clinch State Park on the north end of Amelia Island, with its spectacular views of Cumberland Sound and the wild horses of Cumberland Island. There are multiple Ocean Charter experienced local fishing guides for unforgettable fishing adventures offshore or in the many coastal tributaries surrounding the Island. Also, the Resort has "WALKER'S LANDING" just down the street and over the small bridge that connects the Ocean side of the Resort to the Marshside of the Resort...You and your family can enjoy Beautiful relaxing Sunsets and Kayaking day trips. At this villa, you can walk down the street and enjoy a glass of wine at the Omni Hotel, ride bicycles through the plantation's many trails, take a 5-minute stroll down to the resort's many shops and restaurants, rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon, visit the miniature golf course just down the road, or enjoy a golf game on one of Amelia Island Plantation's luxury golf courses.
