Very quiet, connected and easily accessible, it is located in a green setting.
15 minutes from the A8 NICE-EST motorway exit, between sea and mountains and 30 minutes from Nice city center and its Promenade des Anglais (sea).
It is made up of one floor, and a living area of 110m², 4 rooms including 3 bedrooms (sleeps 7). Internet connection.
A large terrace and its 2 verandas (south & southwest sunset) will accompany all your meals.
A beautiful lush garden with its pergola and private swimming pool (6X4m).
You will thus be able to discover the charm of relaxation.
The house is located in a small, very quiet residential area, it is particularly suitable for a large family with children or 2 couples with children.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room/dining room and fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, hob, fridge/freezer, oven, Expresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster).

Nearby, a visit to the magnificent villages of Berres-les-Alpes, L’Escarène, Blausasc, Contes and many others is a must.
Less than an hour by highway from Cannes, Monaco, Menton and Italy.
