Positive: Very nice and clean hotel. We loved that we were close to the hot tub and it is close to downtown PS. The staff were nice, the bed was comfortable, and we had a balcony. We were able to check in to our room early and that was great! There were many amenities that we were unable to access due to time constraints and our one-night stay. We would stay here again.

Negative: We had booked a Queen studio room. The room was large and clean, but the bed seemed tiny. We have a queen-size bed at home, and this was definitely smaller. We asked them about it, and they confirmed that it was a queen-size bed. At least it was comfortable. Also, the check-in time is 4:30 pm. This is super late compared to other hotels. Luckily, they were able to get us our room earlier. We stayed here for one night on New Year's Eve. The next morning, we called the front desk to ask for a courtesy extension on the checkout. They said they were not allowing anyone to check out late. They require checkout at 10:30 AM and couldn't even offer us 11 AM. On New Year's Day. This is a super early checkout time compared to most hotels that are 11 AM and almost always offer a courtesy delay of 1 hour. Also, we kept hearing workers with loud walkie-talkies walking through the hallways all night and morning. This made it feel like we were staying in an institution or something. But we can deal with that. The no late checkout past 10:30 AM was not accommodating.

Summary: Decent. Would stay here again.
