Put your feet up and melt into the super comfortable leather couch with 2 electric recline seats. We’ve provided books and board games for your enjoyment. If you need to get some work done, we've provided a desk and high-speed Internet. The dining tables in the kitchen and on the porch are popular work spots, too.
The cozy back porch offers a window into nature as it overlooks a small grassy yard and a large cypress wilderness. The porch adds a second place for meals, working, or lounging. It’s a lovely spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the cooler morning hours or to listen to the rain. Your dog or cat will enjoy the yard but must be leashed because the yard is not fenced, and we are on a busy street. While the porch is private, we share the backyard with the neighbor in the other half of the duplex.
For your convenience, we provide a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. We provide a full-sized vacuum and a robot vacuum to help keep the floors clean during your stay -- you need only empty its bin. We provide cleaning tools, so it’s easy to maintain the home like you would your own.
This is a safe, working-class neighborhood. This home is half of a duplex, so it has one wall in common with the next-door neighbor, and we share the back yard. The next-door neighbor has a dog, who occasionally barks but stops quickly if ignored. We ask that our guests keep noise levels down during sleeping hours (10 pm - 7 am) in consideration of our neighbor, who works long hours M-F.
Our home is a pet-friendly space! We understand that you may want to travel with your furry friends! We are not able to accept kittens, puppies, or dangerous breeds due to landlord restrictions. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to a per pet fee. We hope we can say yes!
This is a non-smoking, non-vaping home. The home is not suitable for children 12 years and under. It has a private entrance, electronic keypad so you won't have to keep track of keys, and an exterior laundry room. Parking for up to 2 cars is available in the driveway (the left branch of the Y) and on the grass beside the pavement.
This home is a perfect choice for traveling business or medical professionals! We are minutes from the University of Central Florida and Central Florida Research Park, and a short trip on the expressway from downtown Orlando. Shopping and excellent restaurants abound in Orlando and Winter Park, and we are not far from the outlet malls. Orange county has a lovely system of parks, greenways, and trails, including parks containing dog parks. We are close to 8+ hospitals, including the AdventHealth hospitals (Winter Park, Orlando), VA Hospitals (Orlando & Lake Nona), Arnold Palmer Hospital, Winnie Palmer Hospital, Nemours Hospital, and Orlando Regional Medical Center. We are also within driving distance of Rollins College, Full Sail University, and Crealde School of Art, Disney, & Universal.

Guests have access to the entire home, back porch, and laundry room off the back porch. The yard is shared and not fenced between the two halves of the duplex.
Parking is limited to 2 cars. One can park on the left fork of the driveway’s Y, and the other on the grass beside it. That leaves room for turning around.
