Property Description: This wonderful one storey 3 bedroom villa with pool is located in the community of Windward Cay and sleeps 8 people comfortably. As you walk through the front door of the property you are greated by a bright and open living space. The floors in the living room and kitchen area are all tiled. As you move from the foyer through to the living room you will notice the sliding door leading to the pool area. Adjacent to the living room you will find the kitchen. In the kitchen you will find everything that you need to make a great home cooked meal. There are all the cooking utensils, appliances, cuttlery, and glassware. The dining room which is directly across from the kitchen sits 6 people comfortably. Finally, as you walk out towards the pool area you will notice that there are no rear neighbors which provides privacy during your vacation. You will also find a child safety fence around the pool and table, chairs, and sunloungers found around the pool area. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Also, a propane grill can be added for your stay for an additional fee. We will clean the grill after your use. You will also find a washer and dryer within the unit. Free wifi and cable TV are available throughout the property. Bedroom Layout: The master bedroom has a king sized bed and also has a sliding door which leads out to the pool area. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. The 2nd bedroom has 4 twin beds as there are two bunk beds in this room. The 3rd and final bedroom has a queen size bed in it. There is a bathroom between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom which is a combination shower/tub & toilet. **This home is pet friendly. If you will be bringing a pet, you must notify us in advance. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $400.00 plus tax.**
