Two bedroom, two bath condo located in a quiet but centrally located complex with heated pool and tennis court. Complex is gated and near Arizona Canal for walking, jogging, or biking to Old Town Scottsdale, about 1 1/2 miles away. Within minutes of Fashion Square and almost exactly midway between Scottsdale Stadium (SF Giants) and Diamondbacks/Rockies Spring training facility. Hilton Village Shops, Houston's Restaurant, Starbucks, Trader Joe's, A J's Fine Foods are all close by along with many other fine restaurants and shops. Nearby golf includes McCormick Ranch and Talking Stick. Also just a few minutes from the Casino at Talking Stick Resort.
The condo is on the second floor and is approximately 1,050 sq. ft. and has a patio. Unit equipped with dishes, cookware, linens, etc. and full washer and dryer. LCD TV with cable, DVD, and wireless internet access. Most pets are welcome. The complex is gated and one covered reserved parking place is provided. There is also unreserved guest parking available. We only have one old review (positive) because for several years we have had the same winter visitors from Canada.
