Positive: The apartment was superb and we do highly recommend it. I've lived in Nice before and I know the location of the city quite well. To me the location of the apartment is very strategic for visitors, because it is not exactly in the highly touristic area which could sometimes be inconvenient, noisy and difficult to park the car, but at the same time it is not also too far from the main city which can also make it difficult in terms of accessibility. It is around the Gare Thiers area, so it is close to almost everything you could ask for, and in our case since we were renting a car, finding available parking space is also easy within 5 mins walking (hint: I used Parkopedia apps to find available parking space nearby). There is also an elevator, which is something nice for an apartment in Nice because not every other property will have it. Another big plus point is that the house also has AC, therefore if you are travelling in summer - this becomes almost a MUST! The host is also very friendly and approachable. We glad we chose this apartment for our visit this time. Definitely will come again if any chance we visit Nice in the future.

Negative: Everything about the house is perfect, except maybe one neighbour who is very particular about the noise. I understand that we need to keep the noise down after 10pm, as per the Host's advice, and also common sense. But we received a visit from a neighbour downstairs who came knocking requesting us to keep down the volume even at 7 pm. Having kids this can be challenging because even normal conversation has to be kept at minimum. Other than that, we don't have any other comment.
