It is located in a dead end street in a very quiet environment, conducive to rest and relaxation.
At equal distance between the beach of the lake and the city center (1,2km), you can do everything by foot.
Its L-shaped layout offers two distinct parts that make it easy and practical for the whole family.
- In the southeast wing, you will find a large living room with a cozy sitting area, a light-filled family dining area, and a modern, full kitchen. Three large bay windows open directly onto a huge terrace with swimming pool.
In the East-West wing, you will find mainly, 4 large and bright bedrooms including a master suite (dressing room, shower room, toilet) with direct access to the pool.
They are equipped with a new king size bed of 160x200, for 3 of them and
two 80 x 200 beds, plus a bed with bars for the children's room.
You have the possibility to move the beds closer together to create a 4th king size bed.
This night space is completed with a large bathroom including (bathtub, shower 90 x 90, WC), an independent WC and a laundry room.
Outside, you benefit from a ground of 1000 m2 entirely closed.
You can park 2 cars in the garden and two cars on the outside parking.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a 3x4 parasol, a teak family table for 8 to 10 people and a Weber gas BBQ for your grilling parties.
You will also be able to refresh yourself at the pool and sunbathe in the 6 deckchairs at your disposal.

Arrival / Departure time:
Arrivals will be at the agency at 10 Places de l'église in Hourtin, the reception will be available from 3pm until 5:30pm.
The handing over of the keys will be done by hand in order to organize your arrival in your vacation accommodation.
As for the departure time, it is imposed by the agency to optimize the organization of the cleaning services.
It will be set in the middle of your vacation week, between 8am and 10:30am maximum.
Linen :
Concerning the linen, you will have to bring your own bed linen or subscribe to our rental service (Rental of flat sheets, bath towel etc...).
