Our high quality holiday home has a living area of 70 m² and is located on a 1400 m² fully fenced plot. It is located in a quiet residential area between pine and cypress trees on the outskirts of Salles d'Aude.
The holiday home is next to a privately used house.
The nearest sandy, kilometer-long beach is just 7 km, easy to reach by car or bike between the Aude and the la Clape. Bakers, fruits and. Summary: Really nice house, with attention to details and with everything you need in there. Only thing missing: airco for the hot summer days, but we managed with 2 ventilators. Location is very quite and peaceful, but not very close to the touristic parts: about 15-20 min to the closest beach and restaurants.
