The large living space is perfect for families to relax after a day of exploring the parks and the private South facing pool and spa offer a glorious respite against the Florida summer heat.
Guests will feel right at home here and can take advantage of the many amenities that the home offers, including free high speed WiFi, AC, private driveway and garage, outdoor dining/seating, plus a full kitchen and laundry. The home also benefits from having both a front and rear lounge and dining area.
Bedroom 1 has a King bed and en suite bathroom with both shower and tub with its own access to the pool area. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower tub combo. Bedroom 3 has one full size bed and one twin bed and Bedroom 4 has two twin beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Please note that this home is classed as "self providing". We provide the basic package of a toilet roll, bar soap and shampoo sachets in each bathroom, one kitchen roll, two trash bags, dishwashing liquid and two dishwasher tablets to help you start with your vacation needs. With Walmart situated next to the community, supplies are on the doorstep!
Damage Protection coverage at a cost of $89 (non refundable) will be required for bookings into this home (details will be confirmed during the booking process).
All guest names will need to be provided, along with a photo I.D. for the lead guest, to ensure you are properly registered prior to your arrival.
