Summary: The only negatives were that a lot of the bedding had stains on it, the pool was really warm, and there was no seating around it. However, we loved the top balcony and the split level of the rooms. There was plenty of space for a family of 8-10. The vibes were very cute, and there were plenty of toiletries and towels. The great mudroom on the first floor was also nice to have after a day at the beach. We enjoyed the location, which is on a busier road, but the house is well insulated.
