Summary: While we we highly impressed with the property itself, we we highly disappointed with the communication of the property manager. Upon arrival in Rome at the airport we still hadn't received any communication on checkin. This concerned us to the point of getting a room there and staying instead of going on to the accommodation. We did go over the second day after having to repeatedly try to contact someone for checkin information. Once arriving the property is top notch, could easyily say it was one of the most beautiful designed and masterfully decorated. An absolute gem. If we had not had communication issues it would have been wonderful.
