The Home:
On entering the home, you are welcomed by the formal lounge/living area which is spacious and decorated in a tropical theme. There is a large screen TV where the family can gather to watch an evening of television. The sliding glass door leading through to the spacious pool and deck is in this room. You will move into the dining and cooking area of the home. The open kitchen will allow even the most diehard chefs space to create their favorite Florida delicacies. All of the bedrooms can be accessed from the kitchen area with the King Master to the rear, both twin bedrooms to the east, and the Queen bedroom to the front of the home.

Enjoy spending time with your family playing a game of pool or air hockey in the games room. Or, move out to the pool deck for a day of fun in the sun. There is plenty of room for the entire family on this deck to sunbathe, grill, or play a game of polo in the pool. You will enjoy your privacy as there are no rear neighbors to this home. There is absolutely no better way to spend your Florida Holiday.

Pool/spa heat is an extra $35 per night and must be requested and paid for no later than 7 days before your arrival. It is highly recommended between October and April of every year.

Air conditioning throughout. Laundry includes washer, dryer, and ironing facilities. All towels and linens provided. Cleaning fee applies on all stays. Mid-stay cleaning services are available at an extra charge. NO PETS!
