Ground Floor -
The ground floor of Villa Luja is perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The combined sunken lounge and dining area is equipped with a full kitchen, complete with all the amenities you need to prepare a delicious meal, or have our private chef cook and serve you a sumptuous feast. The floor-to-ceiling sliding windows offer stunning views of the pool and surrounding gardens, and you can choose to have an open or enclosed living space depending on your mood. The whole ground floor is air-conditioned to ensure your comfort. You will also be able to watch your favourite shows and enjoy movie nights on our drop down big screen and 4K projector and indulge in the surround sound of our Sonos system.
There is a separate TV room and adjoining ground floor bedroom (bedroom 5) that is accessed off the lounge and dining area to create an oasis for kids to enjoy their own space, or adults to relax and unwind.
First Floor -
The first floor of Villa Luja is home to four spacious bedrooms featuring king size beds in 3 rooms, bunk beds (2 rooms). Bedroom 1 and 4 include a smart TV, and all 4 bedrooms on the first floor include an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 on the ground floor has access to a bathroom and outdoor shower.
Second Floor -
The second floor of Villa Luja is dedicated to wellness and relaxation. The air-conditioned massage room and gym are equipped with top-of-the-line fitness equipment ensuring a rejuvenating workout experience. You also have access to a golf simulator (Skytrak system) and adults and kids golf clubs.
Rooftop -
The rooftop of Villa Luja is designed to provide the ultimate relaxation experience. The expansive rooftop offers stunning views of the ocean and mountains, and features a 3-hole outdoor putting green and a jacuzzi. With outdoor seating it's the perfect place to unwind after a relaxing day whilst watching the sunset in the distance.
As you return to the ground floor the heart of the villa is the amazing pool with the waterslide and swing set that uncovers the private oasis of Villa Luja. With its comfortable sun loungers, parasols, seating area, and shaded nooks, is perfect for relaxing. A covered outdoor space offers a serene spot for morning yoga sessions. There is also a BBQ, soccer goals and games for outdoor fun. Ambient lighting creates a magical atmosphere, ideal for enjoying a cocktail or a starlit dinner prepared by our chef.

- A : We have dedicated staff to help with the check in process. Our standard check-in time is at 2:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage while we are getting the villa ready.
- Q : What time is the Check-out policy?
- A : Our check-out time is at 10:00 am. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charges. Please note that for any late check-out between 10:00 – 18:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's rate.
If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.
- Q : Could I have a villa host or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?
- A : Should you wish to dine in the villa we can provide a private chef. He or she can help you cook simple meals, be it non-complimentary breakfast, at total grocery cost + 400,000 IDR per meal for breakfast and 800,000 IDR for dinner as cover charge. This is for the total all inclusive cost of the chef, not for each individual guest. We can provide menus after you make a booking. Simply let your villa host know a day in advance. He or she will help you purchase the freshest ingredients in the market.
Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal.
- Q : Do you offer a floating breakfast?
- A : Yes, you can place the order to our staff by latest in the morning the day before.

- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your villa host should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time.
