Summary: The room is clean and very tidy. The front desk staff is very helpful. I come to Bali for an educational event for 12 days and the front desk has arranged me the taxi service to drop off and pick up from the event. Even sometime the driver has to pick me up from the event at 1:00 am in the morning. There is no need for me to worry for the pick up due to the heavy rain. The service of the hotel is excellent. I am given discounts from the taxi service, free laundry service, massage and a snark bar in the room as they say that I am a long-stay guest.
