The expansive, completely unobstructed ocean views face west and south, and from the lanai looking inland, the majestic Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa, and Hualalai Volcanoes are all within view. From this Villa you can hear the surf breaking and can also see the bay at Mauna Kea’s Kauna’oa beach. The year round sunsets are exquisite, and you can enjoy whale watching from your private lanai.
AN INFINITY EDGE SOLAR HEATED POOL and trickling fountain on your private lanai is irresistible. Luxuriate in cooling off after a fun day in the tropics, or start your day with a sunrise swim.
THE LARGE, WELL STOCKED KITCHEN is equipped for the needs of any home chef, and a private chef can be arranged for you. Upon your arrival you will not need to purchase items such as sponges, food wrap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels. Appliances include a new large Subzero refrigerator, a new Miele dishwasher, new microwave, oven, and gas cooktop, and all you need to brew the perfect cup of freshly ground Kona coffee. There is a new outdoor BBQ grill on the lanai and an outdoor dining table with seating for 6, where every morning you can enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the island wake up.
During your stay at the villa you will enjoy the WHOLE HOME SOUND SYSTEM, a TV in each bedroom, Apple TV, DVR, Cable TV, DVD player and a small DVD collection. You can record your favorite TV shows and televised sports events while you are out for the day and come back to watch them at your convenience.
