Positive: The apartment is in a nice area with good local facilities. There is a swimming pool right behind the apartment for general use by all. Local bars and shops are within walking distance with some nice variety.

Negative: The keys collection was a bit unorganised. We received a message saying the keys were left in the apartment but we had never actually been sent the full address. This resulted in a frantic search for a phone number to contact the owner. I had selected our arrival time when I booked this on Booking.com and this information hadn't made it to the agent for some reason. We were therefore not met on arrival or departure which is a bit annoying as we had to guarantee a 500Euro deposit. I had communications from the agent stating that they tried to contact me or had sent messages, none of which I could find on my phone and I do have voicemail, email and text messaging! The property wasn't very clean on arrival and I think we left it cleaner after our week than at the start! We're paying a service charge for cleaning so this should not have been the case. Bed linen or towels are not included, not a problem, but mentioning this in the booking information would have been helpful.

Summary: A nice apartment in a great location let down by the agent managing the letting.
