We could refuse the heating of the pool at any time before your arrival if we believe that the weather conditions do not allow it. Any cancellation must be requested at least 15 days before arrival, otherwise the service will be completely due. Any last minute request (less than 7 days before arrival) will incur an extra charge of €50. Please contact us for any further information.
