Near a small village called Les Adrets, the villa is a 15 minute drive to the nearest large supermarket, and also a 15 minute drive into the village, it is set in a very quiet envorment, surrounded by trees and overlooking the valley below with views of the hills and the bay of Cannes and Mandelieu below.
The villa is very spacious and light, with a warm decor to make you feel at home.
The living area is grand and has large sliding windows all on one side, at the end of the living area there is a lovely dining area surounded by large bay windows.
The kitchen is on the same floor, with all the high quality equipment you would expect included a double refrigerator, with an ice maker and fresh water, an oven, hobs, microwave, dishwasher and much more.
On the same floor as the living area you have a guest toilet, and at the end of a corridor a bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite shower room and toilet.
From the lving area, up one floor you will find two more bedrooms, each with a double bed, one with an en-suite shower room and toilet.
On the same floor is a games room, with a piano, desk and bookshelves with game and books for children. Here you will also find a large shower room and toilet for the second bedroom.
Up another floor you have the master bedroom, with amazing light and it's own terrace with panoramic views of the hills and the sea. It has an ensuite shower room and toilet behind a glass wall.
From the living area, down one floor you have a study room, with a double sofa bed, a large shower room and toilet, an open plan kitchen with a sink and coffee machine and the laundry room with a wahsing machine and dryer. This room has it's own terrace.
On the same level as the kitchen and living area, there is a large terrace with various seating areas to relax and enjoy the views, there is a dining table for 12 and an open fireplace which can be used as a barbecue.
From here, down some steps you have the pool area which has it's own summer kitchen, an outdoor shower and a toilet. Here you also have a dining table for up to 10 people.
