Inside the house is very bright with sea views from the rooms and salons. Beautiful living room with comfortable seating. The outside living area consists of a large covered patio with seating for eight, Weber barbecue, a terrasse in front of the house, a boule playground and a large area around the pool. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, one with bathtub and all are air conditioned and also with fans. Seperate laundry room has Miele washer and dryer and iron and ironing board. The infinity pool is salt water and heated upon request. The extensive garden with local plants are private and fenced. There is a covered parking for two cars and parking space for further 4 cars. Quiet surroundings and in 15 minutes easy walking distance to the original 15th century stone village of Tourrettes sur Loup with very nice gourmet restaurants and shops for basics. The baker won first price for her croissants. At the same time there is easy access to Monaco, Nice, Antibes and Cannes. Mountain walking treks easy accessible.
