Positive: "I had a fantastic stay at Lucentia Residences. The location is unbeatable, situated right next to the train station and BBCC LaLaport, making it very convenient to get around. The unit was spotless, and the kitchenware provided was very clean. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of KLCC and KL Tower from the room. A huge thank you to the staff who were incredibly helpful—they assisted us promptly with our access card issue even at 12 midnight. My only minor suggestion would be to provide indoor slippers for guests. Overall, a solid 9.5/10!"
