The airy and bright apartment of 85m2, is located in Liberation district which is really a vibrant district in the center of Nice. There are 3 tram stations to Place Massena, the old town (Vielle ville) and the sea. Experience the real French life in this area of markets, genuine restaurants, cafes and shops. Every day (except Mondays) there is a market with fruit, vegetables and fish from local producers.The apartment is in good shape and is warmly and personally decorated with quality and beautiful materials. It is located at the top of the well-kept property and has a narrow and long balcony that runs along one side of the apartment towards the street. Here it is sunny from early morning to late afternoon. The street is lively during the day but quiet and peaceful in the evening and at night. Towards the quiet courtyard is the second balcony where there is evening sun during the summer. There is a café table with chairs and an electric grill.
The master bedroom has a bed that is 180x200cm and a large wardrobe. A sofa bed 140x200cm is available in the smaller bedroom / office. The living room has a sofa group with armchairs, dining area for 6 people and here there is also an Air conditioning (only in the living room).
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer and Nespresso machine. The shower room has a sink. There is also a separate toilet.

Gare Thiers train station is not far from Liberation and from there you can easily get to the various places along the Riviera coast, such as Antibes, Cannes and Monaco.
