Positive: The instructions to collect the keys were clear with pictures so there was no issue at all to collect the keys. Also, no need to travel to a different location to pick up keys, so that was highly appreciated. The location was perfect, and both kitchens were well stocked with everything necessary for a short stay including dishwasher, crockery, utensils and basic, necessary ingredients like oil, salt and coffee. In particular our hosts were so kind and responsive to any questions we had, for us it was the right balance of hospitality.

Negative: The appartment was amazing. There was nothing to dislike. We happened to arrive at the start of a heatwave with the highest temperature reaching 40C. While there was no air-conditionning, our hosts kindly supplied electric fans to help ease the oppressiveness of the high heat. While we cannot control the weather we can try to alleviate the problems.

Summary: Perfect location, lovely stay, wonderful hosts
