Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with smart TV (canal+, amazon prime), Wifi, connected speaker, mini video game console (2000 games) sofa and stand-up table.
- A kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, hotplates, electric citrus press...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a TV.
- A shower room with Italian shower.
- A separate toilet.
Outside :
- The apartment has two balconies, 6.24 m² and 7.46 m². On one of them you will find a small outside kitchen (plancha, cupboards) and a big standing meal. You will be able to taste good dishes while enjoying a magnificent view on our mountains in a quiet place, without opposite.
- A ski locker is located in the building next door.
The apartment is ideally located in La Giettaz, in a very pleasant environment, in the heart of the Alps, on the heights of a small village between La Clusaz (12,3 Km) and Megève (17,6 Km). You will enjoy an exceptional view on the Beaufortain, Aravis and Mont-Blanc mountains. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
