There is one bedroom with a double bed opening into the same fantastic balcony. The other bedroom is located towards the lush, green yard with a balcony and comes with two single beds easily convertible into a double bed. The stylish provencal kitchen has a dining table for four and opens into the same balcony towards the inner yard. The bathroom is modern and comes with a bathtub and a separate WC.
Within a 10-minute-walk there is a boulangerie, a great butcher’s shop, a grocery store, and restaurants. Wonderful hiking trails can be found nearby, a walk around Cap Ferrat is a must. A walk down to the beach and the old town takes about 20 minutes. During the daytime, there are also regular shuttle buses that can take you to the town. By the beach you’ll find the train station with frequent traffic east through Monaco to Ventimiglia in Italy and westward from Nice through Cannes to Saint-Raphaël.
