This beautifully-styled 8 bedroom, 7 bathroom villa with private pool (plus 2 bed/2 bath cottage) is located in a tranquil spot, within walking of the charming old town of Tourettes-sur-Loup, and has wonderful views down to the Mediterranean sea.
Totalling 500 sq metres set over 3 levels, and with beautiful flooring and air-conditioning, it comprises cosy living room, adjacent dining area, large open-plan kitchen, eight bedrooms, seven bathrooms, independent WC, cinema room, utility, large dining-terrace, private heated pool, beautifully landscaped gardens, children’s play area and ample parking. The independent cottage comprises a large living/dining/kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, independent WC and sunny terrace.
Accessed by private gated-entrance, the villa was fully renovated in 2010 and is just 30 minutes’ walk up to the village, where amongst the winding streets and square you’ll find many shops, boulangeries, restaurants and weekly market. The nearby towns of Vence and Grasse also offer more extensive facilities.
It has a maximum occupancy of 20 and would be perfect for a large family gathering, or few families holidaying together (no organised parties please) - great for those wanting a comfortable base for relaxing, but also not far from the sea and hinterland villages.

Direct access out to dining terrace.

Outside: large, covered terrace adjacent to kitchen with long table & chairs for up to 16 and gas barbeque, great views down to the sea. Terraced garden steps down from the pool with Mediterranean planting, very private, and boule pitch beyond the pool. Children’s play frame in the lower garden and trampoline with safety netting. Car port and driveway immediately outside, plus further parking beyond the cottage.
Swimming pool: private and heated, 12 x 6 metres, 2.5m deepest. Secured by barrier with gates. 2 parasols and sun loungers for 8.
Internet: Wi-Fi available throughout for your devices.
Baby facilities: baby cot x 4 and high chair, available upon request.
